How do i factor this?
3(x+y) + z(x+y)
i know the ba+ca+(b+c)a pattern, but i get stuck after doing this
3(x+y) + z(x+y) +(3+z)(x+y)
3x + 3y + zx +zy + 3x+3y + zx + zy
3x^2+ 3y^2+zx^2 + zy^2
3(x+y)^2 + z(x+y)^2
I KNOW this simplifies into 2 simple binomials, but i don’t understand how….
Also, could you show me how to factor these ones? I haven’t a clue how.
(3t – 3st) + (rs -r)
a^2 + 4a + 4 – b^2
PLEASES explain this, i want to LEARN how to do it and my book dosn’t explain it very well
yay! finaly help from mathamatics
